Aspirating needle is equipped with a unique depth clamp that adjusts easily to the desired level of insertion and then locks into place, reducing the risk of over-penetration of the needle into the chest cavity. Once assembled, the closed system allows pleural fluid to be aspirated, and collected with reduced risk of external contamination.
